Upper Right Leadership for Senior Managers - This is the keystone class of our leadership development offerings. In this highly interactive 2-day class, leaders will learn practical techniques that can be immediately applied on the job. Participants will use current leader challenges within their jobs, developing skills to meet these challenges. Some of the skills covered include collaboration, change management, coaching high performers, issue resolution, vision and values.

This class creates more impact when paired with assessment results from one of the assessments we support. Information from the assessment on strengths and development needs can be woven into the class structure, allowing for even more skill development.
